Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO) operates NGL extraction plant located at Asab (Emirate of Abu Dhabi). Plant facilities are designed for collection of associated gases, from gas oil separation plants, and processing into NGL product (natural gas liquids). Facilities located at Asab comprise gas gathering unit, gas compression plant, extraction plant, utilities, relief and blow down. GASCO intend to upgrade/modify the existing plant Fire and Gas detectors and detection System.
In view of the above, GASCO appointed WorleyParsons to carry out Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) to identify and define the works for the EPC stage.
Bakdop Consultants provided the EPC cost estimate of the project “Enhancement of Fire & Gas System (Asab0) with an accuracy of +/- 15% based on the FEED Study carried out by WorleyParsons.
